I carry out full accounting

Full accounting (keeping Books of Account) is required for:

- joint-stock companies

- limited liability companies

- limited partnerships and limited joint-stock partnerships

In addition, for all entities whose net revenues from the sale of goods, products and financial operations for the preceding fiscal year exceeded the equivalent in Polish currency of €1 200 000. In such case, full accounting would be necessary also for:

- sole proprietorships

- civil partnerships of natural persons

- general partnerships of natural persons

- partner companies

In 2012, individual traders and civil partnerships will have to apply the Accounting Act, if their turnover in 2011 will amount to PLN 5 million 293 thousand 440 or more.

I carry out simplified accounting

Simplified accounting can be conducted by individuals (sole proprietors), general partnerships of natural persons, limited partnerships of natural persons, industrial and provident societies and partner companies, whose net profits from the sale of goods, products and financial operations for the previous fiscal year did not exceed the equivalent in Polish currency of €1 200 000.

The most commonly used form of simplified accounting is a revenue and expense ledger. It may also be possible to apply tax on registered income without deductible costs or a flat rate tax, but due to restrictions in their use, please do contact us in order to clarify the possible use of these forms and their usefulness in Your specific case.

I have no idea about my accounting

If you have just founded a:

- sole proprietorship

- civil partnership of natural persons

- general partnership of natural persons

- partner company,

or the net profits in said types of business entity from the sale of goods, products and financial operations for the previous fiscal year did not exceed the equivalent in Polish currency of €1 200 000, You have the right to carry out simplified accounting in the form of a revenue and expense ledger.
